We loved the spacious and modern loft-style room and the relaxing breakfast on the terrace each morning. Just a heads-up, it can be tricky to find the entrance-definitely use the hotel name for directions 😊

The room was clean and comfy, with a decent shower and plenty of toiletries. The bed was pretty good, though it was two single beds pushed together. The hardwood floors were nice, but they were cold. Breakfast had a fine selection, but no real standout dishes. It had a modern feel in a great spot for exploring Venice, although access involved some stairs which could be a hassle with luggage.

Enjoyed my stay, had a perfect experience. The room was very separate, large bed. The staff were all responsible and very amiable. The venue was set in the very central position close to shops bars and restaurants as well as the famous Rialto bridge and St Marks Square, and famous square. San Marco district was worth staying in.

It's a simple hotel, it was all super clean and quiet. I sent mail to ask several things and they answered me quickly, with a map and how to get to the hotel. It has 3 floors, rooms are spacious (ours was 38 with 3 comfortable beds, firm and thick mattress, no extra). Right next to it there is another room with 4 beds that is quite wide (double and 2 single). It is ideal for families, breakfast is varied, abundant, with fresh products and good. Complete bathroom (with hairdryer) and shower with pressure. Heating. Good location, next to the Academia Bridge (one of the best views of the city) and a vaporetto and gondola stop. It is better to take it near San Marco because it runs along the canals of the neighborhood where it is located. 8 minutes walk from San Marco Square and 20 minutes from Santa Lucia Station, Piazza di Roma (where you leave the airport bus which costs 12 euros). I recommend walking, without hurry, from the station because you pass several curious neighborhoods, small bridges up and down to cross the canals and there are shops of all times (the road is almost straight). For the return trip, take the vaporetto (8. 50 euros) because it goes along the great canal to the train station or another one and route is beautiful. gondola ride, even if it seems expensive, is worth it (80 euros about 40 minutes and up to 70 minutes were reduced).

It was just a proper fit for spending the night in Venice with definitely value for money. The staff was helpful fixing a bathroom issue quickly. Try to bring your own drinking water since they don't offer it for free here.

The location was fantastic and the staff extremely helpful. I would easily recommend this hotel to those looking for a convenient landing pad while visiting the city. However, this is not the best hotel for those expecting to spend many hours in the room on a luxurious getaway.

The hotel was very pleasant, in a beautiful Venetian palace. I would describe it as a good value for money. The staff and breakfast were more than OK and I would recommend this hotel to literally anyone!

The location was excellent for exploring, just a few steps from the Accademia Bridge. My kids loved the breakfast spread with various tasty options. It kept our mornings relaxed!
In my wife's opinion, darkening the rooms would help the little ones sleep better.

Wonderful small place, it has magnificent location not far from the water bus, the Canal Grande, and all the main sites-Rialto and San Marco. The staff are responsible and very amiable. They serve outstanding food, have lots of options to choose from: D
